We are a military history podcast based in Canada, that focuses on exploring the road less travelled, as far as military history is concerned. Our podcasts dive into the forgotten stories of soldiers and warriors from conflicts throughout history. Many of the topics we cover are largely based on memoirs and operational accounts of soldiers in Southern Africa from 1960-1994. However they also encompass lesser known stories from around the world and range from the early modern period, until the end of the Cold War. By our exploration of these people and events we hope to keep these tales of courage and grit alive and inspire others to delve into history.
Men Among Men Stories is hosted by Henry “Hank” Lung of Fireforce Ventures and his long time pal Bindu. Both of relatively useless history degrees that they utilize in researching this podcast. Hank helps run Fireforce Ventures, where you can purchase militaria related to some of the topics we discuss on the podcast. Bindu is a short fiction writer. We are an example of two very different people brought together by our mutual fascination will military history.
